Grace’s commission process is a collaborative journey, ensuring that each piece is a true reflection of the client’s vision while maintaining her distinctive artistic style.
Initial Consultation – The process begins with a conversation to discuss ideas, inspirations, preferred colors, themes, and any specific elements you’d like to incorporate. This can be done via email, phone, or in person.
Concept Development – Based on the discussion, Grace will create sketches or mood boards to refine the direction of the artwork. This stage allows for adjustments and ensures alignment before work begins.
Pricing & Agreement – The final price is determined by the size, complexity, and materials required. Once agreed upon, a deposit is required to secure the commission and cover initial materials. (40% of the total cost must be paid upfront)
Creation Process – Grace will begin working on the piece, providing updates along the way if requested. As she works instinctively, the process allows for organic movement and expression while staying true to the agreed concept.
Final Approval & Delivery – Once the piece is complete, the client will have the opportunity to review it. Small refinements can be made if needed. Upon final approval and full payment, the artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped or arranged for courier collection.
